Yoav Navon

Chairman of the Board

Yoav Navon joined IOSight as the Chairman of the Board in March 2015.

Mr. Navon accumulated broad experience and deep knowledge covering a wide range of activities related to leading and managing both industry as well as services-related companies and businesses, with an emphasis on those dealing with high-end technology and those engaged in international operations – US, Far East, and Europe – both as a manager as well as a consultant.

Mr. Navon accumulated years of service as a chairman and CEO of large and small corporations, including private and publicly traded. Among them chairman and CEO of Plasma Laser Technologies Ltd., chairman of the John Bryce Group, independent business development consultant and investment banker, an executive of Leedan Business Enterprise Ltd. investment group. He held executive and CEO positions in two industrial companies in Israel, both related to business development and local and export marketing activities.

Mr. Navon led and took part in all relevant management and board of directors’ activities including strategic planning, business development, private and public fund raising, financial and HR management, developing new products and markets and execution of management plans and decisions – both in Israel as overseas.

Yoav Navon is married and has three children, seven grandchildren, is engaged in community volunteer activities, holds a yacht skipper’s license, and plays squash.

Natan Zuta

Co-Founder and CEO

Natan Zuta is among the co-founders of IOsight and has been the CEO since 2007. Through his vision of targeting developing market segments and water infrastructure, Natan has successfully transformed IOSight from a start-up to a leading provider of BI systems for infrastructure facilities. Under his leadership IOSight has evolved from the R&D stage to an established company with a series of specialty products in the water and energy industries.

Natan has 19 years of engineering experience in the software industry and a deep knowledge of information systems. He was also a successful entrepreneur with Generic Solutions, a start-up that has become a leader in providing a special-purpose ERP system for the construction industry. Natan is currently a director at Generic Solutions. IOSight’s solutions benefit from Natan’s unique combination of industrial management and software engineering expertise and his experienced business perspective.

Shlomi Barak

VP of Research & Development

Shlomi Barak is an experienced R&D manager, leading large-scale projects based on various technologies. He has 18 years of experience in leading R&D teams from early architecture stages to full implementation and delivery to the customer. He is skilled in planning, technological vision, running milestones and schedules, and finalizing and commercializing end-to-end solutions to target markets. He has broad technical and business understanding and is accustomed to a demanding and dynamic work environment.

Offer Herman

VP Sales & Marketing

Offer Herman is an experienced sales executive with over 25 years of experience in strategy, business development, sales, and management at leading international companies, including AIO Systems, Mobilicom, and RiT Technologies (RAD Group). During his last position, he was responsible for leading AIO Systems’ global sales team and managing global strategic accounts in the fields of IoT and data analytics. Previously, he was responsible for sales marketing and business development at MOBILICOM, a provider of mobile mesh communication solutions. Offer managed global strategic accounts, including Exxon Mobil, Goldman Sachs, Singtel, Indosat, American Towers, and IDF, and more.

Gideon Meyer

Technical Support & Implementation Manager

Gideon Meyer is a seasoned technical support and implementation Manager with over 20 years of experience, of which the last nine years in the water and energy industry. Gideon has been with IOSight since 2014 and introduced new work procedures and methodologies in first, second, and third tier-support, managing the company’s technical documentation as well as the training department.

In his previous position Gideon was relocated to the United Kingdom. He is fully proficient in English and Dutch and he commands basic German.

Gideon received an MSc in technological management and a BSc in Chemistry.

Eng. Ella Levy-Eitan

Algorithm Development Team Leader

Ella Levy-Eitan leads the team responsible for accumulating and distilling data and further using it to construct the algorithms that are at the core of IOSight’s DSS modules. Ella previously worked in Mekorot’s Lake Kineret Watershed Department as a project manager of the integrated system for water quality monitoring and water security in rivers and watersheds. During the three years at Mekorot Ella acquired and deepened her knowledge of water quality, hydrology, the use of statistical tools, and the monitoring and control field. Ella investigated the data needed for the Jordan River watershed contamination detection and propagation project that was led by Mekorot’s expert Dr. Meir Rom, using software as JMP and MATLAB for data analysis. This project was the foundation for IOSight’s iShed solution.

Ella has MSc in environmental engineering (water quality research) from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Ofer Raize

Senior Process Engineer, Adan Technical and Economic Services

As a senior consulting engineer in desalination, water and wastewater treatment, management of water resources, Dr. Ofer Raize specializes in environmental engineering, including solid waste treatment, desalination, energy, and water and wastewater treatment. Among his activities: advising numerous private and governmental entities, including ministries, government tender committees, the Water Authority, municipalities, industrial companies, project companies O&M companies, banks, and private clients. Dr. Raize also supplied LTA and OE services and O&M optimization services in his field of expertise. He works with a high degree of professionalism that incorporates deep technical and theoretical knowledge and experience in operations with techno-economic analysis capabilities and deep understanding of various processes.

Meny Wajcenberg

Senior Process Engineer

Meny Wajcenberg has provided consulting and process engineer services in desalination, renewable energy, water and wastewater treatment, groundwater remediation and MSW treatment projects. Among his activities: advising private and governmental entities including ministries, government tender committees, the Water Authority, municipalities, industrial companies, project companies O&M companies, banks, and private clients. Meny works side by side with Dr. Ofer Raize in supplying process design and optimization services in his field of expertise. He works with a high degree of professionalism and incorporates technical and theoretical know-how with vast control and software knowledge, including deep understanding of various processes.

Leone is a Specialist in business development, with more than 40 years of experience.
Leone has been the Latam Territory Manager since April 2021, and is responsible for leading the IOSight business in the region.

Daniel Nitzan

Water Engineer

Since joining our team as an intern, Daniel has worked on various projects, specializing in the integration of analytic processes using data-based algorithm building. Daniel is finalizing his BSc studies in Water Engineering at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Daniel is a native English speaker.
